Automated Paperless Calibration System
Gore Laboratories has developed an automated asset management
service to enhance our calibration and repair capabilities.
This service provides active maintenance of your calibration and asset
data to ensure accurate, up to date calibration information.
All calibration certificates, whether calibrated by your company, Gore
Laboratories, or a third-party, are entered into our master calibration
database. Customers receive regular updates containing their most current
data. Original calibration certificates and data are maintained on file at
Gore Laboratories. Gore also provides
a streamlined computer program, called Viewer™. Using this program,
users can view and print calibration certificates from their PC as required.
Viewer™ is also a
tremendous asset management tool, with many specialized reports which allow
you to run a full-featured, closed loop calibration system without the need
for dedicated personnel or other information infrastructure.
With Viewer™, there will never be a need for time consuming paperwork,
filing or research. The entire service is tailored to fulfill your individual
requirements. Gore will interface with your individual department coordinators
to provide support for your entire calibration system.

- Shipped via any carrier using your shipping account or ours.
- Received, inspected and Quality Inspected to ensure subcontractor has met all purchase order requirements.
- Data is entered into our calibration system and original paperwork filed.
- Certificate is now live ‘on-line’ in your Viewer™.
- Units are delivered back to you and then billed against your purchase order.
- Eliminates the need for multiple purchase orders. Your entire calibration budget can be managed with one PO.
- We will schedule and sub-contract specialized onsite calibrations to be performed at your facility (surface plates, etc.) .
